That feeling of uncertainty stayed with me long after high school. I watched too many students, including friends and family, make big decisions about college without real data or strategy. Some over-applied to schools they had almost no chance of getting into. Others underestimated schools that would have been perfect fits. Many simply didn’t know what was possible.
